TriMo is run by brothers Trevor and Chad Morris, who bring two very different backgrounds to the same job site — Trevor a former Army Ranger with roots in concrete construction, Chad a 28-year veteran of the trades who worked his way up from cement mason to field superintendent on large commercial projects.
Rather than working from a fixed catalog, TriMo builds around a three-step process: a design questionnaire to capture how you actually want to live, a layout built around your light, flow, and lifestyle, and construction managed by their own crew and a network of vetted subcontractors.
